Fenestration upgrade including replacement of existing double glazed windows to front and rear of property with new sash windows including new enlarged doors to rear garden; 5. Ancillary site works.

Retention of previously constructed development works comprising (a) dormer roof extension to rear valley of front facing roof plane and (b) 2 no. dormer roof windows to rear roof plane with associated internal alterations.
