Permission for a residential development consisting of 14 no. 2 bedroom dwellings. The proposed development is comprised of (i) 2 no. 2 storey 2 bed semi-detached houses to be accessed off the existing Johnstown Court, off the existing Johnstown Road and (ii) 12 no. 2 bed apartments in 1 no. four storey block to be access off the existing Yellow Nook Avenue, off the Johnstown Road, and which will form part of the Carraig Bui residential development. The proposed development will have the effect of modifying Extant Permission Reg. Ref. D16A/0343 (An Bord Pleanala Ref. PL06D.247023).
