Permission for development on this site. The development will consist of the widening of existing vehicular driveway entrance to an overall width of 3.5 metres and the re-location of existing pier and all associated site works.

Permission is sought for alterations and additions to the existing semi-detached house including 1) First-floor side extension above the existing ground floor. 2) Attic conversion with a dormer window on the rear/east elevation, 3) roof light on the front/west elevation
