Permission. The proposal relates to Retail Unit G05

Provision of internally fixed illuminated shopfront signage at the front of the Boots Unit. The proposed signage at the front includes: (a) new illuminated signage including: “Boots”, the letters are individually illuminated (b) illuminated green cross sign and (c) erection of digital sign adjacent to the point of entry. All works necessary to install the new signage.

Amalgamation of Retail Unit G05 and G06B and extension of floor area into the mall area to create a single retail unit. Provision of a mezzanine level, for storage/back of house areas, with an area of 208sqm. The total area of the proposed retail unit (for Class 1 Shop use), including the mezzanine level is 775sqm. Associated alterations to the internal mall elevations and, All associated development.

The proposal relates to the following. Alterations to the development permitted under Reg. Ref.: D23A/0576 providing for a reduced mezzanine level for Retail Unit G05/G06B, for storage / back of house areas, from 208 sq.m to an area of 160 sq.m. Subdivision of existing Retail Unit G01 to provide for a reduced retail unit with an area of 228 sq.m and a separate retail storage area of 66 sq.m associated with Retail Unit G05/06B and all associated development.

The proposal relates to Retail Unit G06B

Removal and replacement of 1 no. Frascati sign with 1 no. tenant sign, provision of 2 no. Frascati signs and 1 no. tenant sign at first floor level on the north eastern elevation. Removal and replacement of 1 no. tenant sign at first floor level on the north-western elevation. Provision of 1 no. totem sign of 4 metres in height and 1no. low level car parking entrance sign of 1.2 metres in height along the Frascati frontage. And all associated works.
