Permission for proposed partial ground floor single

The development will consist of the construction of a 1 & 2 storey extension to the rear of the house, including the removal of the chimney, a single storey extension to the front and to the side of the existing eastern gable, new windows and doors to front, side and rear elevation and all associated site works.

Planning permission for 1) the construction of a two storey flat roof extension to rear of house, with internal alterations to include removal of chimney and fireplaces. 2) Single storey extension to front of existing gable end extension. 3) New hall door & screens to front of existing house, also all associated site works.

Permission for the development of: a) the demolition of the existing garage to side; b) the construction of a 28sqm single-storey extension to side and rear; c) the construction of a new porch; d) internal alterations, elevational modifications and general refurbishment; e) associated site works & landscaping.

Planning Permission is sought for a proposed vehicular access to provide for the provision for 1 no. off-street carparking space with 1 no. EV charging point. The development will consist of the removal of the existing block wall at the front boundary to allow vehicular access, all associated site works and landscaping.

Alterations and modifications to the existing vehicular access and front gate at the front garden boundary, including all associated site works.
