Permission is sought for development. The development will consist of the construction of a single storey extension to the rear of the existing property in conjunction with the construction of a dormer structure to the existing rear roof pitch with the installation of a new velux roof light to the front roof pitch.

The development will consist of the addition of a dormer structure to the rear of the property to provide 14.5sqm of new attic storage space; the addition of a new Velux roof-light to the front slope of the existing pitched roof; all associated site and landscaping works; retention of a previously installed roof light on the mono pitched roof on the side elevation (east façade).

The development will consist of construction of a ground floor extension and dormer attic conversion to the rear of the existing two storey terraced house. The ground floor extension will house an extended kitchen and dining area, and will incorporate a new snug living area. The dormer attic conversion will provide additional non-habitable space. The proposal includes for localised alterations to existing landscaping, foul drainage connections, surface water drainage connections, and ancillary site works.

Permission for development at this site. The development will consist of alterations to previously approved planning application Reg Ref:D22B/0213 to include alterations to the proposed rear dormer and all associated internal alterations.

The development will consist of: Demolition of existing slate roof, flat roof to the side and 3 no. chimney stacks; Replacement of existing roofs with a new circa 0.5m higher hipped / pitched slate roof with 1no. dormer window to the front and 1no. dormer window to the rear - to provide an attic dormer extension. All associated internal alterations, drainage and ancillary works.

Permission for development at this site. The development will consist of: demolition of single storey extension and shed both to the rear. construction of new 43sqm single storey extension with 1no. rooflight to the rear. 1.5sqm porch extension and single storey front porch surround. replacement of existing flat roof to the side with a new hipped slate roof. alterations to existing opes on all elevations including 2no. new windows at ground floor to the side. external wall insulation and self coloured render finish on all elevations. widen existing vehicular entrance to 3.6m. all associated internal alterations, drainage and ancillary works.
