Permission for development. The development

Permission is sought for 1) Demolition and replacement of existing single storey extension to rear comprising dining and living space along with additional works to facilitate this (A Protected Structure).

Permission for development. The development will consist of a new 1.3m high pedestrian entrance gate and 1.4 m high peris to the existing boundary.

Retention Permission for the following works: a) Demolition of rear kitchen extension and side chimney. b) Construction of a flat-roofed, single-storey, ground-floor extension to the rear. c) Provision of roof-lights to the front, side and rear elevations d) Conversion of the roof space into 2no. bedrooms and 2no. en-suite bathrooms. e) Widening of the original front pedestrian entrance to a vehicular entrance. f) All associated site-works.

Planning permission for attic conversion with hip roof to gable and dormer to rear roof to create additional bedroom, ensuite all with associated ancillary works.

Alteration works consisting of creating an opening in the existing front garden boundary (iron railing on granite base) to provide gated vehicular access of Tivoli Road for the provision of off-street car parking to the front of 4 Carlisle Terrace which is within the curtilage of the existing Protected Structure.
