Permission is sought for the demolition of the existing

Permission for development at this site. The development will consist of: alterations to and extension of existing roofs (north-west side) to facilitate interconnection of main house and adjoining annex; Single storey extension to rear / side; Alterations to existing windows and/or doors to South West, North West, and South East elevations, including small infill extension to North West elevation; New windows to South West and North East elevations; Works will also include new rooflight to rear / side and all associated internal, site, drainage and landscaping works.

Planning permission for development to consist of the conversion of part of the existing single storey garage to the side and front of the existing single storey dwelling house for use as part of the existing dwelling house with associated internal and external alterations to same and permission for construction of a single storey extension to the front and side of the dwelling house which will connect the previous garage and the existing dwelling house and the extension to the front of the existing dwelling by enclosing the existing open porch area with front elevational alterations and renovations internally and externally to the existing single storey dwelling all with associated site works and landscaping at 16 Kilteragh Pines, Foxrock, Co. Development consisting of 1) New single storey extension to the east gable of existing house comprising new guest bedroom and study including internal alterations. 2) Alterations to rear playroom to square off existing bay window with resulting alterations to roof profile overhead. 3) Alterations to rear dormer to increase floor area to bedroom 3 at first floor level. 4) Internal alterations including conversion of study to new ensuite and hall link to new extension.

Permission for a new detached single storey house on the lands to the side of the existing property; including a new stone front boundary wall with provision for a pedestrian gate and two vehicle entrance gates for the new and existing property, including all associated site and removal works.
