Works include the demolition of existing rear extensions at ground floor level (currently living rooms), and at Ground Floor Level the construction of new ground floor extensions to rear to provide extended Kitchen, Dining and Family/TV room, new ground floor Bedroom with Ensuite Dressing Room and new Garden Room, internal ground floor alterations to include new Gym to replace existing utility/stores, new internal stairs and other associated changes to layout, new Bay Window extension to front elevation with new entrance canopy to front & side, at First Floor Level, the construction of a new first floor extension to the rear to provide a new Master Bedroom with Dressing Room & Ensuite, internal first floor alterations to include new Office to replace old bedroom, new Ensuite Bathrooms, and alterations to stairs, landing etc. Works include associated external alterations including replacement dormer window to front, new roof lights, new brick finishes to front elevation ground floor, entrance canopy to front & side, new fenestration, adjusted side entrance, and all associated internal & external alterations as shown on drawings, to facilitate development including minor alterations and relocation and alteration/widening of existing front vehicular entrance to the site, and all associated drainage & landscaping works etc.

Permission sought for the installation of two new pedestrian entrance gates within the existing front boundary wall onto Stillorgan Grove and the construction of new footpaths.

Permission for development. The development will consist of the removal of condition No.9 of permission granted under Reg: Ref: D17A/0170 in relation to reinstatement of steps.
