Permission. The proposed development consists of the construction of a single storey front extension with a hipped roof to match the existing porch across the full width of the house and permission to widen the existing pedestrian entrance to create vehicular access / driveway.

The development will consist of the widening of the existing vehicular entrance with a new drop kerb and all ancillary works.

Retention planning permission for extended height to front and side boundary walls from 1.1m to 2.1m high with Timber Cladding fence and widening of existing vehicle entrance to 2.7m and extended height of vehicle and pedestrian entrance pillars to 2.1m. Planning permission to raise rear block wall from 1.7m to 2.1m to match neighbouring rear walls of adjacent properties and permission to install safety mirrors to driveway piers along with all associated site works.

1) Demolition of the existing rear garden shed. 2) Construction of a two-storey flat roof rear extension to consist of a lounge at the ground floor and a bedroom at the first floor. 3) Construction of a single storey flat roof front extension to consist of a kitchen and a porch. 4) Construction of a rear facing dormer to the existing attic space to consist of a home office. 5) Modifications to the existing public footpath for provision of a new dished footpath to the existing vehicular access exiting onto Rockford Park. 6) General remodel and upgrade of the existing dwelling to suit the proposed layouts including the installation of a solar panels to the front of the main roof. 7) All Drainage, structural and associated site works to be implemented.

Demolition of existing chimney breast and partial demolition of existing side elevation (first floor) and existing single storey side extension roof. Construction of new first floor extension to the side including extension of existing main roof. Works will also include relocation of 1no. existing rooflight to rear, alterations to 2no. existing windows/doors at side and 2no. existing doors to rear. All associated internal, site, drainage and landscaping works.
