Permission for an extension and refurbishment. The development will consist of the demolition of the existing garage, the removal of all existing windows, doors, the demolition of the chimney and some internal walls. We intend to erect a two storey extension to the side which reduces to a single storey extension towards the boundary of the property. The single storey extension will extend along the front elevation creating a new entrance porch. We will also create a new vehicular entrance, driveway and landscaping to the property.

Planning Permission is sought for: Refurbishment of the existing house, with a new single-storey extension to the rear to accommodate a living, kitchen and dining area. Renovation works are to the ground floor and include; conversion of the garage into a utility space and playroom, a home office, and visitor WC. To the front elevation, the garage door is to be replaced by a new window. Works to include the demolition of the existing single-storey rear extension, selected windows and internal walls. Proposed works to also include thermal upgrades to the floor and walls, and all associated site works.
