Permission for development. The development will consist of: conversion of existing side garage into habitable space. Construction of two storey front and side extension with roof hipped to match existing. 2sqm porch with canopy to entrance. Construction of single storey flat roof extension to rear with parapet detail and 1no. rooflight. Internal modifications with all ancillary works.

Construction of i) Single storey, ground floor, flat roof extension to the rear with rooflight. ii) New hipped roof over existing porch to front elevation. iii) New front door and partial conversion with external step to existing front elevation porch. iv) New 2 no. windows to side passage. v) Internal modifications. vi) Minor alterations to all elevations & all ancillary works to facilitate the development.

Planning Permission is for the Development of: 1. Demolish single storey garage to side, front porch and chimney to rear. 2. Construct single storey extensions to front side and rear (consisting of porch to front, living room to front/side, utility room/wc to side and kitchen/living to rear). 3. New side gable windows to hall at first and attic floors (and block up existing side windows). 4. Construct dormer to main roof to rear and rooflights to front roof.

Permission is sought for the addition

Retention permission is sought for roof alterations resulting in omission of canopy to east granted under D06A/0737, and planning permission for new 4no. rooflights to side north planes of roof, 1no. rooflight to side south plane of roof, 1no. rooflight to front west plane of roof, and all associated site works.

Permission for a rear extension to existing kitchen/dining room at ground level and a rear extension to proposed study/dressing [Permission granted D19A/0455] at first floor level.
