Retention permission and permission for development. The development consists of the following retention works to a rear single storey extension approved under Register Reference D19B/0268 including: the increase in width of the extension by 140mm (70mm on both sides); an increase in the ridge height by 175mm; the introduction of parapet walls on both ends of the extension which are 570mm above the previous permitted eaves heights; and increase in the height of the eaves by 284mm. The development also consists of permission for development for a flat roofed dormer window to the rear of the existing roof of the main dwelling.

Permission for development consisting of the conversion and extension of the existing attic space to habitable space (bedroom), addition of roof dormer to rear of house along with associated internal modifications.

The works will include demolition of existing single storey side and rear extensions, part of first floor and existing garage, removal of existing chimney and construction of a new two storey side extension and single storey rear extension, alterations to fenestration, alterations to internal layout, new rear rooflight to attic storage area, widening of vehicular entrance and all associated site works.
