Retention permission for development. The proposed development will consist of: A) the retention of the removal of existing hedgerow on the boundary of the front garden between the subject site and the boundary to No21 and No23 Glenalua Terrace; B) The retention of sand and cement rendered, concrete block walls as constructed between the subject site and the boundary to No21 and No23 Glenalua Terrace.
