Demolition of existing single storey shed to side boundary and the construction of a new single storey extension to the side and the rear of the property, conversion of the attic to storage including changing the existing hipped end roof to a gable end roof, a dormer window to the rear, a velux tooflight to the front and a window to the new gable wall, all at roof level. Works will also include internal altertions, extend driveway finish, widening of existing vehicular entrance to 3.5m with all necessary site, drainage and landscaping works.
