The development consists of the demolition of existing concrete

Conversion of the existing attic of 23.6sq.m, to accommodate a bedroom and shower room with 2 no. dormer windows to rear and 1 no. dormer to front General renovation works to include replacement of existing windows and doors with minor elevation changes, widening of the existing vehicular gate and provision of a pedestrian entrance to the rear accessed from Woodlands Road.

Permission is sought for 01) Demolish existing single-storey element to rear at ground floor level and demolish existing dormer to rear at attic level, 02) Proposed single-storey pitched roof extension to the rear of the house at ground floor level, 03) Proposed flat roof dormer extension to rear of house at attic level, 04) Proposed alterations to fenestration to front of house at ground floor level, 05) 2No. new rooflights to front of main roof, 06) Ancillary site and boundary works.

Permission is sought for the construction of a detached, two storey dwelling with habitable attic accommodation to the side of the existing dwelling, new pedestrian entrance to Woodlands Park and the use of the existing vehicular entrance to Woodlands Road to serve the proposed dwelling, the reinstatement of the original vehicular entrance to Woodlands Park to serve the existing dwelling all associated site works.

Permission is sought for the construction of a detached single-storey garden pavilion containing a playroom, home office and utility room.
