Permission for proposed development. The proposed development will consist of the following: (i) Works to elevations of Building 1; (ii) Extension of and works to Building 2; (iii) Provision of temporary Building 2 for the duration of the works; (iv) Site security works; (v) Revisions to car parking layout; (v) All associated site development works.

Permission to reduce the existing permitted telecommunications tower from 30m to 24.8m and remove the existing permitted operator equipment and lighting finial and for the erection of new telecommunications equipment onto the 24.8m tower including 6 no. antennas and associated remote radio units, 3 no. communication dishes and 4 no. outdoor cabinets and the enhancement of the existing permitted foundation all enclosed within the existing permitted security compound and accessed via the existing permitted site access gate. The development will provide voice and mobile broadband services in the area.

Permission for the installation of 11 No. photovoltaic

Proposed new attic dormer to rear of house, proposed extension and adaption of existing side extension including new window opening to front, new flat roof to extension, proposed reconfiguration of existing side window and door, and all associated site works including hard and soft landscaping.

The development will consist of the construction of a dormer window in the attic level to the rear of the property, the construction of a rooflight in the main roof to the front of the house and the construction of a window in the attic gable.
