Permission for development. The development will consist of the demolition of the existing single storey extensions, the alteration of the existing outbuilding, the construction of a single storey extension to the side and rear of the house incorporating the outbuilding and the widening of the existing entrance and associated site works.

Permission is sought for: The removal of the existing entrance porch, chimney and single storey rear extension of the existing house, and the construction of a single storey rear extension with two rooflights and all associated ancillary site and landscaping works.
