The development will consist of the demolition and reconstruction of existing single story extension to the side, the addition of side entrance to utility and window in place of garage door to the front. The works will also include the construction of a dormer type extension to the side at first floor level, 6 no. velux rooflights to main roof, insertion of circular window at first floor level to the front, all associated site works and utility connections. No car parking spaces or significant trees will be affected.
