Amendment to pre-existing planning approved plan - Planning Register Reference D25A/403/WEB. The original planning permission was to demolish the single storey extension at the rear of the existing house & for construction of a 2 storey extension to the rear, consisting of a ground floor flat roof extension & a pitched roof 1st floor extension, along with a new vehicular entrance & pavement dish and all associated works. The amendment application is to do all of the above but the size of the build will be smaller.
