Permission for the construction of a rear

Permission for the construction of a rear-facing, zinc-clad roof dormer.

(i) The removal of a section of front ground floor wall of existing semi-detached dwelling; (ii) Construction of single storey infill extension to front; (iii) New lean-to and flat roofs to ground floor at front and side; (iv) Construction of first-floor lean-to dormer window to front; (v) Provision of pitched roof to existing single storey side annex; (vi) Widening of existing vehicular entrance off Meadow Grove; (vii) Bin store to front, alterations to all elevations, internal alterations, rooflights, and all ancillary site works necessary to facilitate the development.

Permission for the demolition of a single storey garage and for the blocking

Full permission for development. The proposed development will consist of removal of existing detached sheds to rear garden, and the construction of new detached split-level garden room to rear garden, and all associated site works.

Permission and Retention is sought for single storey extension to the front, first floor extension to the rear, dormer structure to the rear roof plane at the attic level and widening of the front boundary wall to facilitate off street car parking. Retention of existing single storey extension to the rear.
