The development will consist of the partial demolition of external walls to the rear and side of the house on both floors. We intend to erect a double storey extension to the side and rear of the property and a single storey extension to the existing kitchen on the ground floor.
The development will consist of (1) Internal alterations to the existing retail and storage unit; 2) Construction of mezzanine floor comprising 75m2; 3) Modifications to the north east and south east elevations including the removal of 1no. roller shutter door and the relocation of the existing retail store entrance; and 4) All necessary ancillary site works.
Change of use to car show room to part of former factory to rear and alternative retail/commercial use to existing front offices. The internal toilets have been redesigned and an access door to the rear widened to allow car access. The external stores on the eastern boundary to be removed to allow for an increase in car parking. A covered cycle park is being provided.
