Planning permission for attic conversion to consist of removing the existing roof and replacing with a higher pitched roof, current roof does not have adequate height for an attic conversion. Internal alterations include removal of existing chimney to make way for new stairs to attic. An additional bedroom and ensuite will be added to the attic and all associated drainage.

Internal alterations include a utility, 3 additional bedrooms, an ensuite and all associated drainage.

The development will consist of the construction of a domestic extension to the side of the existing dwelling on the first floor consisting of a new bedroom, wardrobe and ensuite. This is altogether with all associated site works.
