Permission is sought for development. The proposed development will consist of the following: A) A single storey extension to the front to the dwelling (7sqm), B) Replacement of the existing single storey pitched roof to front of the dwelling with a new flat roof construction over the existing porch and proposed extension, c) all works associated with new and existing connections to services below ground and associated hard and soft landscaping.

Planning permission for demolition rear wall of house and extend the existing ground floor to the rear with a single storey flat roof extension with roof lights over and remodel the ground floor to allow new design layout. Allow a light well on first floor with rooflight on existing two storey main side hipped roof, in addition of a canopy over front door and a redesign of the front vehicle entrance. Maintain connection to public sewerage and surface water and all ancillary site works.

Construction of a single storey speech and language consultation office of 23m2, to the rear of dwelling, with access via existing dwelling, together with associated siteworks.

Conversion of attic to non-habitable accommodation and a bathroom, including changing the existing hipped end roof to a gable end roof, construction of a dormer window to the rear and a window to the new side gable wall, all at roof level.
