Demolition of some internal walls, part of the existing roof and removal of the existing front porch roof. We intend to erect a single storey extension to the rear of the property, convert the garage, create a new entrance, redesign the roof, convert the attic and add a dormer to the rear roof. We also intend to widen the driveway.

The development seeking permission will consist of building up the side gable wall (with small hip) with first floor side facing window, the construction of a rooflight in the main roof to the front of the property, changing the ground-floor front facade to external insulation with brick finish, externally insulating the first-floor front façade and remaining facades with rendered external insulation, removing the chimney, construction of a dormer window in the main roof to the rear of the house and all associated site works.
