Permission is sought for the construction of single storey extension to the rear of existing dwelling extending kitchen and dining area, first floor extension to the rear of existing dwelling comprising of bedroom extension and en-suite and single storey extension to the side of existing dwelling comprising of garage. Modifications to existing vehicular entrance. Demolition of existing single storey rear extension.
