Full permission, for the following, for conversion

Demolition of the front porch and construction of a single-storey extension with flat and pitched roofs to the front, side, and rear, including a new front door, revised front fenestration, Velux windows on the front and rear roof slopes, and a side gable window.

Permission for development at this site. Development will consist of demolishing existing shed to the rear of the existing site and replacing with a proposed new detached building to the rear of the existing site to be used for home office/gym & games room and all ancillary works.

Subdivision of site and construction of a new two storey detached dwelling house with three bedrooms to the south of the existing two storey semi-detached dwelling, to include alterations to existing boundaries on Llewellyn Way for creation of new pedestrian and vehicular entrance. Proposals include for all associated site works, including hard landscaping and site development works.

Permission for a single storey family flat extension to the side and rear.

Permission sought for ground floor extension to gable and rear with flat roof and 2 no. velux windows, porch extension to front and internal alterations along with retention of existing attic conversion (non-habitable storage space) with 2 no. velux windows to rear.
