Permission for development consisting of the following:

Demolition of garage, side/rear extension and porch screen, drop cill to existing front ground floor window, install 1no. new roof-light to existing side roof and construction of new garage to side, part single, part two storey extension to side/rear with pergola structure to rear, and all associated drainage and landscaping works.

The construction of a detached, flat-roof garden room to rear garden with 1no. rooflight and all associated site works.

Full permission for development. The proposed development will consist of a) removal of existing porch to front, extension to rear and detached garage, and b) the construction of a two-storey extension to side and rear of existing dwelling, with rooflight to front, c) Single-storey extension to rear with rooflight, d) external insulation with new render finish to existing dwelling, e) alterations to fenestration including new bay window to front of existing dwelling, f) widening of existing vehicular entrance piers to 3.5m, g) new 2.0m high boundary wall to rear garden, and all associated site works.

Permission for the use of the area on top of the existing garage roof

Single storey rear extension, alterations to the front façade, Velux type of windows to the front roof, Dormer type of window to the rear roof, widening existing vehicular access, some internal alterations and associated site works.
