The development works to be retained consist of the removal of the external staircase to the rear of the property, and the proposed development works consist of the provision of a new first floor juliet balcony, also addressing the rear of the property, and all associated site works.

Internal reconfiguration of the existing house, widening of an existing vehicular gateway access from Avoca Road and ancillary external works.

The development will consist of part demolition of the roof and the creation of new openings in the external walls, the construction of a veranda to the front facade, alterations to the facades including new window openings, the addition of dormer windows, alterations to the existing rear and side extension, changes to the interior layout and the widening of the front entrance gate.
