Planning permission is being sought for a proposed two storey dwelling house containing two bedrooms and living accommodation, provision of on-site parking space, proposed connections to foul sewerage network, surface water drainage system and water supply services, new front and side boundary walls with garden planting, amendment to existing house boundary and all associated works including the demolition of an existing rear addition (behind no. 337A Pearse Drive) and creation of new pedestrian side entrance.

Retention Permission for the development of: (A) an existing rear-facing dormer structure, (B) an existing front-facing rooflight at attic level, and (C) an existing vehicular entrance with 2no. pillars.
