Permission is sought for: Alterations to existing structure including external insulation with smooth render finish and removal of existing chimney and minor alterations to previously approved scheme DLRCC Planning Ref D19A/0426 and all associated site works.

Alterations to development consisting of single-storey extension (26m²) with sedum flat-roof and rooflight over new kitchen-dining-living which is currently under construction on foot of planning permission ref: D23B/0595. Alterations consist of lowering of finished floor level of the of the kitchen-living-dining area and part of the external patio (90 m²) by 1.35m below the level previously granted, plus adjustments to the side and rear fenestration, plus new railings and steps to garden, all to the rear of the house plus all associated works.

Demolishing the existing single-storey, flat roofed extension (3.4m2) plus deck (65m2) at 1.6m above garden-level all at the rear and construction of single-storey extension (26m2) with sedum flat-roof and rooflight over new kitchen-dining-living area, plus external deck at 1.8m above garden-level with planters, ramp and steps totalling 90m2 to the rear, plus change of use of single-storey, detached garage (19.6m2) to new use as home office (19.4m2) including alterations to front, side and rear elevations and providing new gate and side passage access plus all associated site works.
