Permission is sought for the construction of a single storey ground floor extension to provide staff showers and changing facilities to the rear of the existing office building.

Permission is sought for development. The development will consist of the demolition of an existing garage structure to the rear, the construction of a single storey extension to the rear and a single storey extension to the side and front of the existing property. Permission is also sought for the provision of a vehicular entrance to the front of the property accessing Maretimo Place in conjunction with an off-street car parking space.

Permission for development. The development will consist of the conversion of an existing hipped, end of terrace roof, to a gable roof to facilitate an attic conversion with a new window to the gable end wall, a new dormer window structure to rear roof pitch and new velux type roof light to the front roof pitch. The works will also include the application of an external rendered insulation to the front, side and rear of the property and new external windows and doors throughout. The proposal will also involve some internal alterations.
