Planning permission for development of an extension to the existing Veterinary Hospital, Belfield Campus. The development will consist of: a single storey flat roof extension of 313 square metres connected to the existing hospital waiting room. The extension will comprise, a reception office, an oncology clinic, kennel room, a treatment area and consulting rooms, and an hydrotherapy treatment room. External works including a fenced access pathway, expanded cycle parking facilities and enhanced new soft landscaping.

PERMISSION is sought for development which will consist of the demolition of existing detached two-storey dwelling house. Construction of part three storey, part single storey detached replacement dwelling with green roof over single storey element and balcony to rear at first floor level. Alterations to existing front boundary including the widening of the existing vehicular access and provision of new electric gates. Associated hard landscaping and all ancillary works.

Planning permission is sought for the proposed development will consist of: (i) demolition of ground floor bay window to rear of existing dwelling; (ii) construction of a single storey flat roof ground floor extension to rear; (iii) construction of a new attic level flat roof dormer to rear; (iv) new roof lights to the front and rear at attic level; (v) widening of existing vehicular entrance off Nutley Park; (vi) alterations to all elevations, associated landscaping and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate development.

The development will consist of (i) demolition of existing two-storey, four-bedroom, detached dormer bungalow and ancillary outbuildings, (ii) construction of a replacement part-single, part two-storey pitched-roof, four-bedroom, detached dwelling with green roof over single storey element and balcony to rear at first floor level, (iii) reconfiguration of existing vehicular entrance to provide new 3.485m wide gateway, (iv) provision of landscaping and tree-planting, and, (v) all ancillary and engineering works necessary to facilitate the development including SuDS drainage.
