Planning permission is sought for a new dormer window in the roof on the front of the house. Retention permission is sought for a widened entrance to the front driveway onto Wilson Road.

The development consists of an attic conversion to habitable status with the provision of a new Mansard Roof, a rear single-storey extension, and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
