Planning permission is sought for removal of existing main pitched roof/structure and replacement with new first floor extension of 86m2 with pitched zinc roof, new solar PV Panels, area of 19.2m2, new rooflights to east and west elevations of new roof, new flat roof over proposed living area, removal of existing shed/utility to side elevation and replacement with new single storey office space and garage with pitched metal roof, replacement of existing tiled lower roof over existing living with new zinc roof, removal of existing carport and replacement with new 2.7m high brick wall to front driveway area, new external insulation to existing house, new entrance porch to north elevation, new window positions and sizes to all elevations, internal alterations and all associated site works.

Permission for the removal of the carport structure to the front of the existing

Permission sought for alterations to front elevation to include for an additional window, replacement front door and side screens and two rooflights to front, alterations to side elevations to include the removal of one single door and a new 3.0m long up and over ridge rooflight facing both sides.

Permission for the construction of a 2-storey extension

Retention permission for A)previously constructed single storey (49.8sqm) extension to the rear/side of existing house and B) previously converted garage (16.8sqm) to the side of existing house.

Demolition of the existing conservatory structure and chimney, provision of a single storey flat roof extension to side, a first floor extension to front with a seperate ground floor extension to front to extend and alter the existing porch structure with a flat roof and replacement of existing roof tiles with a new slate roof finish, general alterations to the existing elevations including replacement of brickwork with a smooth render finish and associated site and landscaping works.
