Planning permission is sought for replacement of upvc windows with painted hw sash windows to front elevation, removal of lean-to sheds to rear north boundary wall, alterations to existing rear extension to include increase in ground floor area to north and west, removal of rear extension pitched roof, to be replaced with new first floor extension with flat roofs, new opaque glazed windows to north and south first floor elevations, new velux rooflight to rear pitched main roof, internal alterations and all associated site works.

Permission is sought for the change of use from a multi-occupancy building containing three apartments back to a family home. The development will consist of the construction of a ground floor, single storey extension to rear with flat roof (proposed floor area approx. 23sqm), removal of steel external stairs and walkway to rear, installation of roof light in existing structure, alterations to internal layouts, replacing existing door with a window (side elevation) and all associated site works.
