Planning permission for the following: 1. Demolish existing extensions (comprising approx. 40 sqm.) to dwelling, reducing floor area of existing dwelling to 46 sq.m. 2. Proposed New Extension to Side/Rear comprising - 195 sq.m at ground level - 108 sq.m. at basement level 3. New 40 sq.m. hydrotherapy Pool. 3. Connection to all public services. 4. All necessary ancillary works required to facilitate this development.

Permission for development. The development will consist of the demolition of the existing single storey extensions, the alteration of the existing outbuilding, the construction of a single storey extension to the side and rear of the house incorporating the outbuilding and the widening of the existing entrance and associated site works.

Retention planning permission sought

Permission is sought for the partial removal of the existing front boundary

Demolition of the existing rear/side single storey extension and for the provision of a new porch to the front, new single storey extension to the rear/side, new side window to the main house, new external insulation to house and all associated site works.

I) Demolition of existing single story garage at side of property. ii) Retention of existing single story hipped roof extension to rear and side of property. iii) Proposed single story pitched roof extension to side of property to include a garage area. iv) Proposed single story pitched roof porch to the front of property. v) Associated site works to include a proposed widening of the vehicular site access.
