Permission is sought for proposed development at an existing part office, part warehouse development including the addition of 329m2 of office space via new mezzanine floors in existing double-height spaces, a new external fire escape stairs & exits to the south elevation, new disabled access ramp to the north elevation, new door to east elevation, new windows to first floor north east west and south elevations, new automatic sliding door to main entrance, the removal of an existing roller shutter door to south elevation, the removal of 3 car parking spaces and the provision of 22 bicycle parking spaces, the relocation of the existing rear fence to create public open space.

Alterations and extension to the existing 2-storey office building to include: 1) A new double height motor retail showroom extension to the front north side facing Blackthorn Road (Total floor Area 260 sq. m). 2) An additional storey containing offices on top of the existing 2-storey office building (Total floor area 515 sq. m). 3) Partial change of use from offices and ancillary spaces to motor retail use at ground floor level (Total floor area 317 sq. m. 4) Internal rearrangement of existing offices at ground and first floor level. 5) New building signage and a new low level illuminated totem sign on Blackthorn Road. 6) Changes to existing exterior finishes. 7) New 4m wide vehicular entrance to Blackthorn Road and all ancillary site development works including, site lighting, electric vehicle charging points and visitor and staff bicycle storage.
