Retention permission for development to consist

Development consisting of the following works: 1) Demolition of single storey side extension consisting of side entrance, utility, plant room and associated accommodation to west elevation of existing house and construction of new replacement part 2 storey/part single storey extension to side and rear. The new accommodation will include new side entrance boot room, laundry/plant room, new kitchen/pantry and dining area. Extended entrance hall, family room and den/games room.
