Alterations to include removal of existing roof structure (existing side wall to be retained) with pitched roof and rooflight and bay window element to front elevation with pitched roof. Demolition of existing single storey structure to side of existing dwelling (rear of existing garage) and construction of new structure to form utility and bootroom with pitched roof and rooflight. Alterations to front, side and rear elevations, internal alterations, new velux rooflight to existing side roofslope, new canopy to front elevation and all associated site drainage and ancillary works.
