Permission is sought for development at this site, consisting of 1) New single storey flat roofed extension with 2 No. rooflights to rear of the two storey mews pitched roofed dwelling. 2) Relocation of the mews main entrance door to rear laneway, with 1 No. new window ope, new replacement windows and dormer, along with internal alterations to the mews. 3) New pedestrian doorway to rear garden from side laneway, with new side laneway wall portion, along with all associated civil, landscaping and drainage works.

Permission is sought for A) removal of 2 no. conservatories to the rear (western) elevation at ground floor level and removal of the existing chimney. B) Construction of a single storey extension and associated rooflight to the rear (western) elevation. C) Construction of a two-storey extension to the rear (western) elevation. D) Conversion of existing garage to a habitable space. E) Amendments to the existing front entrance door including construction of a roof canopy to the front (eastern) elevation.
