Conversion of existing garage to form extended living space to main house. Alterations to include removal of existing roof structure (existing side wall to be retained) with pitched roof and rooflight and bay window element to front elevation with pitched roof. Demolition of existing single storey structure to side of existing dwelling (rear of existing garage) and construction of new structure to form utility and bootroom with pitched roof and rooflight. Alterations to front, side and rear elevations, internal alterations, new velux rooflight to existing side roofslope, new canopy to front elevation and all associated site drainage and ancillary works.

Permission for two dormer extensions of 5.2 sqm and 4 sqm to each side

Permission is sought for (a)

Alterations and extension to existing house to include (a) demolition of existing rear extension and rear sheds; (b) construction of single story flat roof extension to rear with roof lights and projecting canopy; (c ) single story extension to front with pitched roof and bay window; (d) conversion of attic with rear dormer and Velux type windows to front rear and side, all with associated internal alterations, drainage, external works and bin enclosure to front.
