Permission for the provision of the following

Retention for as built variations to D08B/0618. The variations include changes to balconies to front and rear, alterations to fenestration, extension of living room and store and construction of conservatory at basement level, reduction in the family room area at ground floor, the construction of a swimming pool, gazebo and plant room in the rear garden and all associated site works.

Permission is sought for the constrution

Construction of one no. detached two storey, 2 bedroom dwelling within the side garden of the existing split-level two storey detached dwelling with PV panels within the front roof slope, as well as all ancillary site development works. Vehicular access will be via a sharing of the existing entrance to both houses. The new dwelling will be served by 1 no. car parking space within a communal and redesigned car parking area to the front of the proposed dwelling that will include 2 no. spaces to serve the existing house. The development will include the filling in of one side window panel on the north west elevation of the existing house.
