Permission is sought for conversion

Permission sought for a single storey extension.

Permission for the following works: i) Proposed conversion of existing garage along with new single story flat roof extension to front/ side of existing property. ii) Additional modifications to include: bathroom window added to northern elevation, velux window added to existing southern roofslope iii) Associated site works to include boundary wall at side of property extended to front of proposed extension.

Intend to apply for permission for development at this site. The development will consist of the provision of a single storey prefabricated Drivers welfare facility to incorporate a self-cleansing unisex WC, this facility is approx. 7.13 square metres together with all associated site works.

Permission for development. The development will consist of: Attic conversion for storage, Dormer window to the rear. Roof window to the front.

Conversion of existing attic to non habitable space comprising of modification of existing roof structure, raising of existing gable c/w window and dutch hip, new access stairs, 2 no. roof windows to the front and flat roof dormer to the rear.
