Permission is sought for two storey extension to the side of house with existing roof extended over, forming gable type roof. Conversion of attic space with dormer type flat roof to rear with new gable wall rising to apex level with high level window with mottled clad to attic storage space. Porch with a pitched roof to front, and all associated site work to existing dwelling house.

Permission for development at this site. The development will consist of a) the demolition of existing garage and single storey extension to side and rear, b) the construction of a 79 sqm part two storey part single storey extension to side and rear c) internal alterations, elevational modifications including new bay windows to front and general refurbishment, d) new patio to rear and associated site works, landscaping and services

The development will consist of: •Alterations to previously permitted dormers (File Ref: D25B/0390/WEB) consisting of an additional dormer element to form a single dormer to the rear roof slope; •Alterations to previously permitted porch/canopy (File Ref: D22B/0176); •Permission for new rooflights to the front roofslope of the house; •All associated demolitions / alterations, internal layout changes, drainage and ancillary works.

The development will consist of: • Construction of no.1 dormer to rear and no.2 dormers to the front of the main house roof to facilitate a habitable attic conversion with no.2 bedrooms and a shower room; • No.2 rooflights to front and no.1 rooflight to the rear slope; • All associated demolitions / alterations, internal layout changes, drainage and ancillary works.

The proposed development shall consist of alterations to the existing vehicular entrance to increase in width to 3.5M wide all associated internal, site, drainage, landscape and ancillary alterations.
