Construction of a two-storey front extension with a front-facing gable, together with a part single-storey and part two-storey flat-roofed rear extension.

Permission for the demolition of the chimney

Conversion and extension to existing garage to the side. Reconstruction of single-storey extension to the rear with a flat roof. Alterations to the front facade, raising boundary walls to the side and rear and all associated site works to existing dwelling house.

Permission for house alterations. The work is to consist of: 1. Changing the existing side door on the South elevation to a window. 2. Incorporating 6m2 of existing external space between the two rear sunrooms into the renovated kitchen floor space. 3. Replacing the two single storey pitched roofs over the two sun rooms to a sedum planted flat insulated roof. 4. Insulation upgrades to floors and walls.
