Planning precedent report

Permission for the following works. Works to include a new dormer window to the rear at 2nd floor (attic) level, internal alterations to accommodate attic conversion, new windows throughout, installation of solar panels to the front (south west) elevation, new decking to the rear and application of external insulation with self-finished render to external walls.

The development will consist of alterations to existing two storey semi-detached house with attic room to include demolition works, internal modifications, new single storey extension to side and rear of existing house, 2 no. flush type rooflights to new rear extension, landscaping works, new dividing fence / screen to rear, alteration of existing first floor side gable window, sustainable drainage system design (SuDS) and all other associated ancillary works to facilitate the proposed development.

Permission for a ground and first floor side extension with hipped roof over

Permission for development consisting of, widening of entrance gate piers,

Permission for demolition of a single storey side extension (17 m.sq)

Conversion of existing attic space comprising of modification of existing roof structure, raising of existing gable c/w window, new access stairs, 2no. roof windows to the front and flat roof dormer to the rear.
