Planning permission sought for a first floor extension over previously converted garage at side. Demolition of existing first floor structure, internal alterations and all associated site works to existing dwelling house

Construction of side extension at first floor level comprising of bedroom and en-suite, conversion of garage to granny flat at ground floor level and construction of stand alone shed and workshop in rear back garden and associated works. Retention permission is also sought for the widening of front vehicular entrance and associated works.

Permission for: 1) Single storey flat roof extension to the side & rear with 1 no. new rooflight to the rear. 2) New canopy to existing front door. 3) Alterations to existing garden wall to the side of the dwelling. 4) Widening of existing entrance gate to 4m and all associated site works.

The development consists of an attic conversion to habitable use, raising the side gable to create a hipped roof, adding a dormer roof, converting the garage, and constructing a side and rear single-story extension.

Permission for demolition of existing single-storey side extension and the construction of a new two-storey hipped roof extension to side of dwelling, relocation of main front door entrance, new single-storey garage and entrance porch projection to front of dwelling, single-storey rear extension across width of house, new roof lights to rear, widening of existing vehicular entrance piers to 3.5m with new entrance gates and associated site works.
