Amendments to D23A/0030. i) Addition of new hipped dormer window to rear at first floor level. ii) Alterations to fenestration to all elevations. iii) Widening of the existing South vehicular entrance of Redesdale Road to 3.5m. iv) Addition of 2 no. rooflights to first floor level on north elevation, and amendments to granted rooflights on South elevation. v) Provision of additional bedroom to first floor level (dwelling now 5 bedrooms total). vi) All ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.

The demolition of the existing three bedroom, detached dormer bungalow and the construction of a replacement four-bedroom dormer bungalow including rooflights. Other works as part of the development include the widening of the existing north west vehicular entrance off Redesdale Road, landscaping, Boundary treatment, drainage and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.

A) Demolition of the front porch & subsequent construction of a single-storey porch to the front of existing house; b) Construction of a single-storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling; c) 1no. dormer window to the rear of the existing main roof; d) 2no. rooflights to new flat roofs to rear & 2no. rooflights to front porch extension & 2no. rooflights to the front & side of existing main roof; e) Minor alterations to enlarge rear window at ground floor of existing house; f) All associated site works & landscaping works including moving & widening of existing vehicular entrance to driveway.
