Retain Change of use from original garage use to habitable unit and construct a single storey link to main property at the rear.

Modify and extend property to include a) ground floor extension to rear of property b) first floor extension to rear of property.

Retention permission sought for: (a) At first floor; (i) increased floor area of existing 2 no. bedroom and 1 no. bathroom, (ii) with addition of ensuite. (b) External changes, to include; (iii) changes to roof profile, (iv) addition of flat-roof dormer along rear south elevation, (v) increased size of existing roof light to rear(south), (vi) addition of windows on south elevation, (xii) attached boiler room to front, (vii) addition of solar panels to rear south elevation, (viii) roof over bay window replaced with walls to underside of roof. (ix) With connection to existing onsite services, and all associated site works.

The proposed development consisting of the construction of a single storey extension with pitched roof and feature skylight to rear of existing bungalow dwelling. Conversion and dormer extension to rear of existing attic space and the inclusion of a feature skylight above proposed new stairway. All associated site works included in application.
